A listing of senior surface water rights in former Water District No. 20.
This document is prepared as a courtesy of the Rio Grande Water Users Association. Its purpose is to provide a listing of senior surface water rights in former Water District No. 20. It does not include all changes of water rights, plans for augmentation, or exchanges that involve some of the listed water rights. For a complete list of all water rights, augmentation plans, changes of water rights, and exchanges in Water District No. 20, please refer to the decennial tabulation of water rights prepared by the Division of Water Resources or visit Colorado's Decision Support System at https://cdss.colorado.gov/ and search under the online tools "water rights - net amounts."
Decree in Case No. 83CW86 requires 0.0225 cfs of priority 1; 0.0837 cfs of priority 7; 0.024 cfs of priority 38; 0.12 cfs of priority 239; and 0.007 cfs of priority 251, for a total of 0.161 cfs to be left in the river.

Decrees in Cases 83CW75 and 82CW177 require a combine 0.951 cfs to be dedicated to the river from priorities 216 and 360. Remainder of Priority Nos. 216 and 360 abandoned in Case No. 21CW37.
Decree in Case No. 86CW30 requires 0.14 cfs of priority 184; 0.55 cfs of priority 292; 0.20 c.f.s. of priority 307; and 0.55 c.f.s. of priority 352 to be left in the river.
